Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once processed, orders are typically delivered within:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes. These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
